Design Confirmation and Production Begins.

Once you confirm the design, we will begin the production process. We will then begin the custom production process based on your confirmed design, ensuring every detail meets your expectations. Customization takes 15 business days. Please do not purchase if you are in a hurry to receive your gift.

Once customization is completed, we will carefully package and ship your figure to ensure its safe delivery.

1. This product is custom-made. It cannot be resold to third parties. No 7-day unconditional returns or exchanges are available.

2. No refunds are available after the production process begins. Please confirm the renderings with customer service before the actual production. We offer two free revisions and return shipping.

3. Partial refunds are available before production begins. A 50% deduction will be made from the order amount for custom 3D drawing design costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
